Experimental studies of the efficiency of high-speed ESPs

چکیده
The purpose of the present research paper is to estimate energy efficiency ESP-operated low production rate wells (up 100 m3/d).The data on pumps efficiency, including high-speed ESPs, were consolidated and analyzed. bench test ESPs comparison with field tests allowed determine adjustment factors establish functional dependencies parameters shaft rotation speed;theobtainedcorrelations suggested for recalculation nominalvalues in tests. also indicates that average high speed 12-17% higher absolute values 40-68% relative values, compared a nominal 3000 rpm. approach can be expanded as methodology more complex operational conditions pump systems.
